Note: BLKSIZE must be 216.

SPATHID and SQSIZE relate to one queue and, if specified, RPATHID and RQSIZE represent the other queue. SPATHID and RPATHID specify the path name(s) to be placed in the formatted queue(s) and must be valid ddnames. SQSIZE and RQSIZE specify the number of records the queue(s) can contain, including one Control Record for each. SQSIZE and RQSIZE can be up to six digits and must be numeric.
