Use the DYNEXTRA utility to build the database extract from the TMC data set.
The resulting extract is processed by DYNSYNC, the database synchronization utility. This utility does not produce a report.
CA 1 should be deactivated before executing DYNEXTRA to prevent updates to the existing TMC. If output is to tape, a nonresident volume should be used (one not currently defined in the TMC).
CA 1 can be active, batch active or inactive to run DYNEXTRA.
