Reason:
TMSBLDVR and TMSXTEND are not at the same maintenance level. TMSXTEND is at an older maintenance level that does not support the Unique RNAME feature.
Action:
Ensure the all required maintenance has been activated and that TMSBLDVR and TMSXTEND are at the correct maintenance level.
