Reason:
The allocation of the dynamically created email failed. The SMTP or SYSOUT settings in CTS Variable Maintenance is probably incorrect.
Action:
Verify your EMAIL_xxxx_SMTP and EMAIL_xxxx_SYSOUT entries in CTS Variable Maintenance. The xxxx parameter is the mini-system that is creating the email. Try again. If the problem persists, contact CA Support.
