Reason:
The requested volser could not be allocated on the requested unit type. Either the unit type specified was not valid, or the virtual or robotic tape system rejected it for the requested volume.
Action:
Ensure that the requested volume to tape map can be allocated and read on the requested device. See the IBM manual ‘MVS Authorized Assembler Services Guide’. For example, a REASON CODE 021C indicates that the UNIT specified is undefined.
