Reason:
The PREVIOUS or NEXT pointer in the OSIB is not correct, where xxxx is the ID of the OSIB. This error indicates a missing or corrupt intercept.
Action:
Stop tape processing and contact CA Support. Run G8UTY for function STATUS and insure that DD statements CAG8MSG and CAG8SNP are in the JCL.
