Reason:

An unexpected return code was received from the CA health Checker infrastructure in an initialization call. The return code and reason code will be helpful for CA Support in determining the cause of the error.

Action:

The CA 1 health checks will not be registered in the current environment. The rest of TMSINIT has completed properly. This does not affect CA 1 processing.
