Reason:
Before using the Audit file data to synchronize the new TMC, the system checked to ensure that all CPUs responded after accessing the new TMC. Atleast one CPU has not responded.
Action:
See either message TMSXT50I or TMSXT59E for details on which CPU failed to respond to the initial request.
