CTSDTS uses the MVS DESERV service to locate the iSponsor cross reference tables. In the STEPLIB or from the LINKLIST. An unexpected error condition was detected.

Examine the return code and reason code from DESERV and consult the IBM documentation for DESERV to determine the reason for the failure.
