Reason:
WTO, XXXXXX is the volume that was requested to be expired. An EDM has attempted to expire a volume that is not defined as an owning EDM in member TMOEDMXX.
Action:
1) Ensure that EDM control statements are coded according to the description provided above for expiring an EDM volume.
2) An attempt has been made by a non-owning EDM to expire a volume not belonging to this EDM. EDM databases should be resynchronized with the correct volume serial numbers.
