Reason:
An attempt to write the TMC Volume record failed due to a bad internal volume serial number in the record.
Action:
This is usually a result of the VOLSER field in the TMC record top containing an incorrect volume serial number. Update the volume record to reflect the proper volume serial number, expiration date, and set the X'01' bit in FLAG2.
