Reason:
The message is issued by a CA 1 utility, which detected that TMSXTEND is executing and that the system is about to switch to the new TMC. To prevent allocation errors, the program waits until the switch has completed.
Action:
The program will continue as soon as the new TMC has been activated on this system. If no TMC extend procedure is in progress, run TMSXTEND with PARM=RECOVER to clear any residual information.
