Reason:
Indicates the dsname (the TMC or Audit data set name) is already allocated when requested. CA 1 continues to attempt to dynamically allocate the requested data set for up to 2 hours before abending the job or session with the normal U1001-14 abend. As a result, this message is issued to the console every minute while allocation is pending for the requestor.
Action:
None. This is an informational message. Once dynamic allocation is resolved, the message is no longer issued.
