Reason:
The volume serial number requested was not found to be part of the TMC valid range.
Action:
Bypass the volume. Non-CA 1 controlled tapes are not tracked in the TMC. If there is a Volume record for the volume serial number in question, it is in inactive (DELETE) status, and can be activated (ADDed) with TMSDELET or CA 1 online facilities. Additional ranges can be added to the TMC with the EXTEND function of TMSFORMT.
