Reason:
The queue identified by spathid (SPATHID parameter in CAI.CTAPOPTN member TMODYNxx) has remained locked for more than two minutes. DYNCOMM wants to know if it should retry the lock or terminate itself. This indicates a possible system failure on the CA Dynam/T side of the queue.
Action:
Retry the lock at least one time. If the queue is still locked, stop all CA 1 and CA Dynam/T communications tasks and run DYNRELSE to release the lock.
