Insert a Link to a New Ticket
In the HTML Editor you can add a link to a form that creates a new issue or request.
To insert a link to a new ticket form
- Select Insert, New Ticket Link.
The Create a Ticket Link dialog appears.
- In Link Text, specify the text to appear as a hyperlink to the new ticket form.
- Complete the fields to specify how to create the issue or request for the new ticket.
- Click Save.
The Insert Document closes and the HTML Editor shows a hyperlink to the new ticket form.
