Copy Notification Rules

Default Notification Rules are stored as public objects. If multi-tenancy is installed, you must create a copy of the Notification Rule for each of the tenants, otherwise the Update Contacts option is restricted.

To copy a notification rule

1. Navigate to Notifications, Notification Rules on the Administration tab.

   The Notification Rules List appears.

2. Click a rule in the Symbol column.

   The Notification Rule Detail page appears.

3. Click File, Copy.

   Resume updating the Notification Rule.
