Update the IPL parmlib IEAFIXnn member with the CCR3FCNS program name so that the next IPL will fix this Metal C program in LPA.
Prior to that IPL, the program can be fixed in LPA with the following console command:
SETPROG LPA,ADD,MOD(CCR3FCNS),DSN(SYS1.LPALIB),FIXED
