User mapping not working; SiteMinder Login Module and SiteMinder JACC Provider logs show that the user is not being validated properly.

SiteMinder Login Module configured in wrong order in WebSphere.

 

Ensure the SiteMinder Login Module is configured first in order for all configured profiles.
