Unblock Websites

If access to a website is blocked, you can unblock the website to allow access.

To unblock a website

1. Navigate to Filtering, Settings, Enterprise Settings, and select URL Customization.
2. Click Add.
3. Enter the web address of the site being blocked and click OK.
4. Uncheck the default URL category for the blocked site in the Categories assigned to the URL list.
5. Scroll down, select <User Defined 1> and click OK.
6. Click Yes to distribute the changes.
7. Navigate to the URL rule that contains the blocking action you are trying to remedy and confirm that the URL rule <User Defined 1> is not selected.

   Access to the website is enabled.
