Assign Client Machines to Branches

Once you have discovered all of the subnets on your network, you can assign client machines to the branches in your Organization Tree. Use this procedure to perform branch assignment.

1. Click the Discovery tab and select the subnet with the client machines you want to assign to a branch.
2. Click on Organization Details and place a check next to the machines you want to assign, and then click Assign.
3. Enter the password credentials for the machine(s) using the local Administrator account or Domain Administrative account, and then click OK.

   The Organization dialog appears.

4. Select the branch you want to assign the client machines to and click OK.

   The clients are assigned to the branch.

5. Repeat this procedure until all clients are assigned to the appropriate branch. To see the clients in their assigned branches, click the Organization tab, and select a branch.
