The following licensing messages may appear on the Dashboard or Licensing tab in the Threat Management Console:
An internal license error has occurred and invalid data being sent to the CA license server.
Due to an error the customer record cannot be located on CA license server.
The license has expired or your key has not yet started.
The license cache on the ITM Server is invalid because the license cache has expired and needs to be refreshed. You must force a license check with the CA license server by selecting Download Updates Now in the system tray icon.
The license sent to the CA license server does not match what is currently registered (stored) on the CA license server.
The license has expired, and grace period has past. You must purchase another license to add more time.
The license is managing more nodes than the license allows and grace period is past. You must decrease number of managed nodes or buy an additional license.
The license cache on the ITM Server is invalid because the license cache has expired and needs to be refreshed. You must force a license check with the CA license server by selecting Download Updates Now in the system tray icon.
The license has been activated on another ITM Server thus making this license invalid.
The license cache on the ITM Server is invalid because of a change in the node count. You must force a license check with the CA license server by selecting Download Updates Now in the system tray icon.
The license is managing more nodes than the number of nodes allowed. The license is in the grace period.
The initial trial period of 30 days is over. You must activate a license now.
There is an unexpected license error, and the license is in the grace period.
There is an unexpected license error, and grace period has expired.
The license is unregistered and in initial 30-day trial period.
The license is valid.
