What is the username and password to log into the CA TM server?

Log in with a local Administer or Domain Administrator account.

Note: If you are using a Domain Administrator account, the format must be:

domainname\username

How do I solve the error message: Phone Home Error Message 1717?

Stop all the TM Services and then restart them in the following order:

  1. eTrust ITM Server Service
  2. eTrust ITM RPC Service
  3. eTrust ITM Web Access Service
  4. eTrust ITM Realtime Service
  5. eTrust ITM Job Service

How do I solve the error message: Admin GUI "Page cannot be displayed error" (HTTP 404)?

Check the line spindle. It should read the following:

Stopped iGateway servcies, and edited the spin.conf to as below

<Spindle Prefix="/AVClient" Directory="" Spar="AVClient.spar"

Description="AVClient" Version="8.0" Config="">AVClient</Spindle>

Restarted the igateway service

How do I solve the error message: Apache Tomcar AdminGUI Error?

  1. Stop the Apache Tomcat Application Server Service.
  2. In Windows Explorer, go to C:\Program Files\CA\ShareComponents\ThidParty\Tomcat\5.5\WebApps and rename the AdminGUI folder to AdminGUI.old.
  3. Restart the Apache Tomcat Application Server Service.
  4. Log into the CA TM console.
