If you are currently running eTrust PestPatrol r5, the r8.1 install wizard detects the r5 product, and prompts you to save current settings. If you want to save existing settings, click the Yes button. In addition, the ITM r8.1 install process removes the eTrust PestPatrol r5 command line and management console if you specify those setting in the inoc6.icf (installation control file). With ITM r8.1, you use the Threat Management Console to configure and deploy your anti-spyware policies.
Note: eTrust PestPatrol r5 and eTrust PestPatrol r8.1 cannot co-exist on the same machine.
