ERROR: Fail to receive job from BAB

Module:

Agent for IBM Informix

Reason:

The Agent for IBM Informix is unable to get the job request from the BrightStor ARCserve Backup server. This could be for the following reasons:

• Improper connection between BrightStor ARCserve Backup server and the Agent for IBM Informix.
• Receive process from the BrightStor ARCserve Backup server failed.
• An internal error has occurred.

Action:

If you are using a remote agent, check if the communication is normal.

BrightStor ARCserve Backup server logs:

• BrightStor.log
• date.joblog.jobID (if cprocess debug mode is enabled )

Agent for IBM Informix logs:
