Reason:

This message indicates that an invalid DB2 user was provided in the BrightStor ARCserve Backup GUI. The user is not authorized to backup/restore the DB2 database.

Action:

Enter a user with proper SYSADM, SYSCTRL or SYSMAINT authority in the BrightStor ARCserve Backup GUI and resubmit the job.
