Reason:

This message indicates that an invalid DB2 user was provided in the BrightStor ARCserve Backup GUI. The user is not authorized to connect to [database name].

Action:

Enter a valid DB2 user in the BrightStor ARCserve Backup GUI and resubmit the job.
