This message indicates that the 'DB2_BUFFSIZE' parameter available in <BABDB2AGT_HOME>/sqluv.cfg is not defined.

Action:

Define and set the 'DB2_BUFFSIZE' parameter in <BABDB2AGT_HOME>/sqluv.cfg. The default value is 16.
