Hardware Snapshot error: Failed to begin restore for Hardware Snapshot SQL Agent for database [DBNAME].

Module:

Database Hardware Snapshot Agent

Reason:

The restore may have failed to start due to a:

• Backup Agent error.
• Database error.
• Network communication failure.

Action:

1. Check network connections.
2. Check the Backup Agent log and database error log for error messages, and if found, respond accordingly.
3. If network connections are functional and no agent or database errors are found, stop and restart the "Backup Agent RPC Server" service and "Backup Agent Remote Service" on the production server.
