Error 29045
Hardware Snapshot error: Failed to login to Backup History database. Check the security information.
Module:
Database Hardware Snapshot Agent
Reason:
The BrightStor database may not be running, or the security information may be incorrect.
Action:
- Check the authentication under which all the BrightStor services are set to run on the backup server.
- Verify that all the BrightStor services are running on the backup server.
- If using Microsoft SQL Server for the BrightStor database, run the Backup Server Admin utility, select "MS SQL User Account" from the "Admin" menu, and update the information in the dialog.
- Verify the connection to the BrightStor database; if you are using SQL Server as a BrightStor database, and verify settings for the System DSN "ASNT" in the Windows ODBC Data Source Administrator.
