Error 29041

Hardware Snapshot error: Unable to retrieve the file list for database [DBNAME].

Module:

Database Hardware Snapshot Agent

Reason:

An error occurred while trying to retrieve the list of database files for the Hardware Snapshot database backup.

Action:

1. Check network connections.
2. For Microsoft SQL Server, verify in the "SQL Server ARCserve Manager" that the database [DBNAME] is accessible, and not in a Suspect or Loading state.
3. If all network connections are functional and the database is accessible, stop and restart the backup agent services on the production server. These are the "Backup Agent RPC Server" for all database backup agents, and the "Backup Agent Remote Service" for the Backup Agent for Microsoft SQL Server.
