Reason:

If the agent cannot retrieve the bindery object ID from the server, it attempts to add the user as a trustee to the BrightStor ARCserve Backup home directory. This error appears when this attempt to add the user submitting the backup job as a trustee fails.

Action:

Use NWADMIN to add the user as a trustee to the BrightStor ARCserve Backup home directory.
