Reason:
This error occurs when the call to retrieve the bindery object ID of the user submitting the backup returns an error. Possible causes include the bindery being locked by some other application.
Action:
In this case if the job is resubmitted again it should be fine. Sometime the bindery may have been corrupted. Check if the same user can log in to the server from a workstation directly. If not, bindery corruption has occurred.
