Reason:
This error occurs when the request to the transport layer interface to send an End OF Job command by the Agent returns a value that indicates the command may not have been transmitted successfully.
Action:
Usually the servers time out by themselves even if the EOJ is not transmitted/received successfully. You can also try unloading INTRLEAV.NLM at the BrightStor ARCserve Backup host server to force the Agent to disconnect.
