Reason:
Error reading the file on the disk. This error is flagged by FSTAPE when it encounters problems reading a certain file on the disk.
Action:
Make sure there is another uncorrupted version of the file in the backup which can be restored later. Make a clean copy of the file and repeat the backup so that a restorable backup exists, or restore the file from an earlier backup so that a clean and complete backup can be done later.
