Reason:
Client Agent NLM failed to create thread that loads the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Backup/Restore module. User may have manually copied all Agent related files to the wrong directory or changes were made to the NWAGENT.NCF file in the SYS:\SYSTEM directory.
Action:
Reinstall the Client Agent for NetWare on the remote server using the default directory. Lack of memory can be resolved by unloading NLMs that are not being used.
