Error 16000

Failed to initialize process

Reason:

This error message is generated by a failure to initialize the Agent Process or by the failure of the agent to login to the server. Failure to initialize Process occurs rarely and is usually due to lack of memory required to save the Statistics Block received from the BrightStor ARCserve Backup host server. In some cases it could be if the nwagent.nlm main process is unable to sign on to the remote server on which the agent is running.

Action:

Unload other processes and wait approximately 10-15 minutes until memory is freed. Verify that you can log in to the remote server directly to rule out the possibility that the bindery or NDS may have been corrupted.
