Reason:
This message occurs when the agent is not able to run with the credentials of the specified account.
Action:
To address this error message, perform the following:
- Verify that the account entered meets the backup agent security requirements outlined in the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Agent for Microsoft Exchange Guide.
- Specify a domain qualifier for the user name using this format:
Domain\User name
