Reason:

This message occurs when MAPI fails to initialize.

Action:

To address this error message, perform the following:

• Verify that you can connect to the Exchange Server using a Microsoft Outlook client.
• Verify that the account entered meets the backup agent security requirements outlined in the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Agent for Microsoft Exchange Guide.
• Specify a domain qualifier for the user name using this format:

  Domain\User name

• Ensure that the Exchange Server is functioning properly.
