eTrust Antivirus option was specified when job was submitted but eTrust Antivirus isn't loaded on BrightStor ARCserve Backup host server.

Action:

Job isn't affected. Virus scan isn't performed.

Check that eTrust Antivirus is loaded and activated before submitting another job with virus scan request.
