Reason:

For full SMS backups, restores or compares, BrightStor ARCserve Backup tries to load the TSAs and SMDRs if they are not loaded. If this loading fails, this error message displays.

Action:

Make sure the TSAs and SMDRs are present in the SYS:SYSTEM directory. You can also load these modules manually in the server console.
