Error 3016

Failed to access [file server]/[directory], [NetWare error code]

Module:

File Server

Reason:

BrightStor ARCserve Backup has failed to access the directory to back it up due to the following:

• The target has been deleted
• The volume has been dismounted
• The connection to the server is broken

Action:

For each of the causes, check the following

1. Check to see if the target has been deleted.
2. Use the CHKVOL or VOLINFO command to see if the volume has been dismounted.
3. Use the MAP command to see if the connection has been broken.
