The BrightStor ARCserve Backup Agent for VSS Software Snap-Shot must be installed and running on the computer on which the indicated Writer resides. If the agent is not installed and running on the computer selected for backup, BrightStor ARCserve Backup will be unable to back up the Writer.

Get a copy of BrightStor ARCserve Backup Agent for VSS Software Snap-Shot and install it on the computer which the indicated Writer resides.
