Reason:
BrightStor ARCserve Backup is unable to connect to the NAS filer to trigger the backup operation.
Action:
Perform the following steps:
- Check the user name and password.
- Confirm that the NDMP is enabled on the NAS filer.
- Confirm that you can enumerate the volumes of the NAS filer.
