Reason:

This error message indicates one of the following:

• The backup operation was manually cancelled.
• The backup operation encountered an internal error with the NAS filer.

Action:

To address this error message, verify the following:

• Confirm that the NAS filer is functioning.
• Confirm that the sessions were forcefully terminated on the NAS filer.
