Reason:
The main thread could not begin a thread to run the compare operation. (For each server backup session, BrightStor ARCserve Backup creates a thread to communicate with the client agent. The thread sends data to the agent for comparison. If this thread cannot be created, the session cannot be compared.) Usually the problem is lack of memory. The other sessions should be able to be compared and the file of this session will be skipped.
Action:
Resubmit a compare job to compare that session. Setting the 'Garbage Collection Interval' to a shorter period may also be helpful.
