Reason:
The host server failed to receive data from the remote server. The [command code] is the last command received form the agent (-1 if no valid data). There is a system error or the connection was broken. BrightStor ARCserve Backup could not receive any data from Client Agent and timed out finally. The File Interleaving Timeout is configurable in the BrightStor ARCserve Backup Schedule console under Configure BrightStor ARCserve Backup Server.
Action:
If the error is due to a communication error or time out, ensure that you have the latest version of the TLI.NLM, SPXS.NLM, TCPIP.NLM, and STREAMS.NLM. Try the TCP/IP protocol if you have a problem with SPX. Increasing the number of Packet Receive Buffer in the host server can also help resolve this error.
