Failed to set connection to non-blocking mode, [error desc]

Reason:

An error occurred while setting the communication endpoint into non-blocking mode. The endpoint could not be set to the requested mode. This indicates either a system error or the specified file handle does not refer to a valid transport endpoint (see the error desc).

Action:

Verify that you have the latest SPXS.NLM, TLI.NLM, STREAMS.NLM and TCPIP.NLM.
