Reason:

BrightStor ARCserve Backup failed to send the job request to the Client Agent on the remote node. This can happen because of a broken network connection, a network error, or the unavailability of the target node.

Action:

Ensure that the remote server is up, that the appropriate agent is loaded and that a valid network connection exists. Resubmit the job.
