Reason:

BrightStor ARCserve Backup received an unknown command from the Client Agent for NetWare. This error message indicates a network error or software problem.

Action:

Submit a new job to back up the server. If the problem recurs, back up that server without using the Client Agent for NetWare or Data Multiplexing and report the problem to Customer Support.
